Important dates and deadlines

10 September 2019 - Deadline for registration, payment and abstract submission. After this date applications will not be accepted.

18 September 2019 - Compiled program, published on the web and in the final circular.

10 (or 11^th in the morning) October 2019 - Arrival and accommodation.

11 October 2019 - Registration and start of the official program of the Congress.

13 October 2019 - End of the Congress; half-day excursion and departure.
